We take on a handful of engagements each year. Boutique isn't a marketing word — it's how the work gets done well. If we say yes to you, you get our undivided attention. If we'd be stretched too thin, we say no.

Fixed scope, fixed price.
Discovery calls happen. Proposals happen. Then a one-page contract goes out with a number on it that doesn't change. If we got the scope wrong, that's our problem — not your invoice.

Boring tech, on purpose.
Postgres over the database of the month. Next.js over the framework of the week. We optimise for software your team can hire someone to maintain in three years, not for what was on Hacker News last Tuesday.

Code is yours, day one.
Every repository, every key, every credential — yours from the first commit. We don't host your business in our account. We don't gate your code behind a renewal. If we vanished tomorrow, you'd still own everything we built.

After launch, we don't disappear.
Software needs feeding. Most engagements continue as a monthly retainer with a clear scope and a real human in your Slack. The retainer is opt-in — month to month — never a hostage situation.
